Fine Art prints of current or sold paintings or of my photography work, printed on 250gsm museum grade paper with satin finish.

2. Products

All paintings and prints are sold as described on our website. Colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings . Sizes are approximate.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders can only be placed online via our website. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

If you would like to use other payment methods, such as cash on pick-up or alternative arrangements, please email valeriavolpiniart@gmail.com before placing your order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

If you require an item to be shipped, please contact us at valeriavolpiniart@gmail.com for a postage quote. This applies only to stretched artworks and framed fine art prints. Unframed fine art prints are not shipped. Delivery times are estimates, and risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

We take care in producing and packaging your artwork.

• Damaged or faulty items: Contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos for a full refund.

• Change of mind: You can return an artwork within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund minus shipping costs.The item must be returned in its original condition, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Custom or commissioned works are non-refundable.

• Refunds for eligible returns will be processed via Bank deposit or PayID.

6. Intellectual Property

All artworks and images on our site are owned by Valeria Volpini Art. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Valeria Volpini Art is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
